For indigenous peoples around the world, who are disproportionately affected by poverty, instability and illness, that all people may work to eradicate these inequalities

For all who suffer the impact of weather disasters during this summer season; floods and droughts, hurricanes and tornadoes, heatwaves and wildfires; especially those who feel they have nowhere to turn

For all who are newly elected to political office, that they understand their promise to serve and defend the principles of our nation

For our parish community, that we may spend our time and effort in service to others so that we will be well prepared for Jesus’s return.
